In your eternal garden, I will never grow old.
I'll never be fuddy-duddy, a sour puss or a toad.
Because I will be dancing as long as I am there.
In your eternal garden with flowers in my hair.

If I dance with you forever, how could it be wrong?
A moment is eternal if you stretch it out real long.
So I'll turn off the world for now and I'll put off that task.
And stay here in your garden if you only ask.

Why give up joy for humdrum? I'll trade caution for bliss.
Pressure's only heavy when you think it does exist.
Sometimes when I run away, its 'cause I'd rather be
In your eternal garden with your love surrounding me.
